My Story
While I’ve worked in a few different industries throughout my career, my focus has always been customer service and business operations. Before I joined Focus On Success, I spent many years as the general manager of a hotel and then as a bank manager.
When I joined Focus On Success in 2013, I brought with me decades of experience in operations. My goal every day is achieving excellence in our operations. I am focused on the positive culture of our internal team and our client relationships. How do we approach our everyday work life? With honesty and integrity.
While originally from Kansas, I’ve lived in Kentucky since 1991. I moved her after meeting my wife, Michelle. Together we have a daughter, Hope, and twin boys, Clark and Colin. I love spending time with my family, playing golf and being active in my church.
