Gordon Welch, CCM is the founder and President of FOCUS ON SUCCESS. Welch and his team work with General Managers and Board Members from Private Country Clubs who desire new behaviors for building their membership base and growing their business.
FOCUS ON SUCCESS uses a process called The Club Success System®. This process incorporates The Club Evaluation which includes infrastructure, suitability and sustainability plans. It looks at all areas of generational communication including hypersensitive databases, club communications and social media. At the heart of The Club Success System is a thorough Strategic Plan, including analysis and branding to assess and prefect your Clubs identity. We follow through with a detailed, specific Strategic Implementation plan. What makes us unique is that we also offer to work with your management team for up to a year to insure the plans proper execution.
FOCUS ON SUCCESS offers a coaching program for your key staff. This is a six month to one year program to help your Management Team ramp up at a faster pace to fully execute the clubs financial and cultural needs. This service can be valuable for General Managers that are new to the position or facing challenges. We help shape, improve and refocus General Managers and Boards that have fallen on difficult times.
FOCUS ON SUCCESS offers Board Orientations, Workshops and Retreats for Boards to focus on 2020 outcomes. Where do you want your club to be in the year 2020? Welch worked with Golf 2020 – an industry initiative to drive golf and increase the interest and revenues of the industry. He will work with your club to insure the continued guidance of previous boards and clarity of the path your members desire to a successful future.
